Kentucky Road Map.png|thumb|640px|The Kentucky Road (in red) was a southern spur of the Wilderness Road. American pioneers of eastern Tennessee first used the Kentucky Road to settle near Nashville, Tennessee in 1779. Other trails to Nashville were used later.
