The GetSatisfaction FamilySearch Users' Forum and discussion group is also used as "Feedback" for the FamilySearch website,
The forum currently has over 18,000 users and many FamilySearch Employees actively participating. Questions are generally responded to within hours of posting. The forum is now being used as the official FS Tree through the "Feedback" link at the bottom of most pages.
This GetHelp article provides steps to share a suggestion or compliment, or to ask a question for which a patron cannot find an answer by clicking Feedback.
