Build online communication tools (Grey box of "share your opinion" is part of that)

Projects - we need to move beyond discussion and into action. We have

• Format Issues
• Content Issues
• Visual Issues

Portals were passed over because search engines (ie Google) don't pick up. Therefore moving to hubs. Per Jim Anderson, main namespace is searchable, but others are not.

Projects are multiple pages on one topic
