The Family History Library Catalog includes the following main locality subject subdivisions.
The number in parentheses identifies the level at which a subject subdivision may be used:
1 = can only be used on the 1st level
2 = can be used anywhere (1st level and below)

Annual publications, ususally containing a calendar, frequesntly accompanied by astronomical data, statistics, or other information. - Archives and libraries (1)
Descriptions of individual archives and libraries, museums, etc., or systems of archives and libraries. - Bible records (1)
Collected records of births, marriages, or deaths; family relationships; or genealogies transcribed or copied from family Bibles. - Bibliography (2)
Lists of printed books and periodicals which pertain to a specified subject. - Biography (2)
Collected biographies. - Buddhist history (1)
History of the Buddhist religion in particular places or among particular peoples. - Buddhist records (1)
