Known Issues

Question #1: Some images don't match the indexed information. How can I see the correct image?
Answer #1: The following is a list of known images that are not linked to the correct indexed records.:

  • Images 1569 to 1576 on Digital Folder Number 4236652. They are off by one image. Use the left arrow on the imageviewer screen to move to the correct image.
  • Images 2686 to 2694 on Digital Folder Number 4236666. They are off by one image. Use the left arrow on the imageviewer screen to move to the correct image.


Question #2. I can not find the indexed information found at some browse points. Where are the indexed records?
Answer #2. The following is a list of known instances where the images were missed in the indexing process:

  • South Africa, Natal Province, Civil Marriages, 1845-1955 > 004236652 > Image 1577 of 3013.
  • South Africa, Natal Province, Civil Marriages, 1845-1955 > 004236666 > Image 2694 of 2964
