Updates and follow up

Council approved of giving Dorothy Horan of User Guidance Admin rights.  Only one person will be assigned this right.

Community Council Report

Met Oct 9.  Will be working with Lise and  Danielle to manage the Wiki.  Work on content strategy (helping the helper - consultants)  Reviewed user rights.
