- Query by the name of a city, town, lake or other geographical feature.

 - Unique key
- Query by CGNDB Unique Identifier or Feature ID
 
 - Alphabetical list
 
 - Name of a place
 
 
- The results list shows:
- Name
 - Province or territory
 - Feature type
 - Location
 - NTS (National Topographic System) map
 - Details

1. On the left, under the heading GeoNames Query, click on one of the following:
