Slowly the circle of Pennington "cousins" expanded and the first "Pennington Lending Magazine" appeared. The first "magazine" Volume 1 2ith 3 issues started in October 1968. In 1970 Volume 2 with 3 issues was published. It didn't take long for us to grow and soon a decision was made to create a formal organization.
