Listed below are those ecclesiastical parishes which were in historic Merionethshire, Wales.

Under the Local Government Act 1972, the county and administrative county of Merionethshire were abolished, for both local government and ceremonial purposes, on April 1, 1974.

Today, these parishes are to be found within either:

the modern County of Gwynedd
the modern county of Denbighshire
the modern Conwy

Aberdyfi Formed as an EP from Towyn parish in 1844.
Bala Formed as an ecclesiastical parish from Llanycil parish in 1855.
Beddgelert The townships of Llaynllinor, Nanhwynain, and Nanmor were transferred from Merionethshire to Caernarfonshire in 1895.[1]

Blaenau Ffestiniog Formed as an ecclesiastical parish from Ffestiniog Parish in 1844.
Bont-Ddu Y Bont-ddu Formed as an ecclesiastical parish from Llanaber parish in 1887.
Brithdir Formerly Brithdir Isaf and Uchaf townships in Dolgellau Parish. Formed as a parish in 1896.
Bryncoedifor Formed as an ecclesiastical parish in 1853 from Dolgellau Parish.
Corris Formed as a parish in 1861 from Tal-y-llyn, Merionethshire, and Llanwrin, Montgomeryshire.
