This can be determined by the number that is on the starting and ending title boards and this number should match the item number in the film notes for most projects. However, if there are no numbers on title boards or if there is only one item in the film notes, still number the actual waypoints on the film consecutively. All items need to be numbered in order (Ex. 1,2,3, etc.).
 *Once the consolidated form is complete, highlight the item it applies to and click “New.”
