What is in This Collection?[edit | edit source]
This collection contains an index & images to births, deaths, and marriages clipped from local newspapers. Information came from a card index created by the Monroe County Genealogical Society. The collection consists of 3x5 cards with newspaper clippings of births, marriages, and deaths. The cards also include some handwritten information.
Additional records and/or images may be added to this collection in the future.

- Try searching by surname only
- The person may be recorded with an abbreviated or variant form of their name
- Remember that spelling was generally not standardized until the early part of the 20th century
