Somewhere in the forums there was a discussion about the preferred placement of the adoption sign. I thought the consensus was to place the sign at the bottom of the page. If that is truly the case, should this template be adjusted accordingly? If the adoption sign remains within the infobox, I've seen other infoboxes on state pages that had the sign inside the info box, not outside the box itself. Can the template be adjusted to include the adoption sign inside the infobox by default?
