A number of websites have family notices and obituaries, particularly from recent decades.
The Centraal Bureau voor Genealogie has a collection of family notices.
Online Familieberichten has many death notices. The website includes only the basic details of each notice, but for many notices you can request that a copy of the original be sent to you by email. Index also available at MyHeritage ($)
