:This is a template copied over from Wikipedia/WikiMedia Commons for the purpose of adding basic information about files uploaded to the wiki. Examples of the license tags that this documentation is referring to can be found in [http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:License_tags Category:License tags]. There are hundreds of different templates each one relating to a specific copyright license. The permissions section states that "media file must still be tagged with the appropriate license template!" How do you tag a media file with the appropriate license template? - This is a template copied over from Wikipedia/WikiMedia Commons for the purpose of adding basic information about files uploaded to the wiki. Examples of the license tags that this documentation is referring to can be found in Category:License tags. There are hundreds of different templates each one relating to a specific copyright license.
