*Give height, weight, color of hair and eyes, etc.What sort of disposition did he have?  

*Describe any chronic medical problems. (Would be important for you to know since some medical problems are genetic and you might have the same predisposition.)  

*How much education did he have?  

*What did he do for a living?  

*How did he meet and marry your mother?  

*If your parents were divorced, did he have custody of you?  

*If not, did you see him on a regular basis?  

*What were the religious views or religious practices of your father?  

*Was he an active church member and if so, what faith?  

*What was his attitude towards other faiths or religious philosophies?  

*How would you characterize his feelings towards you?
