Personally I don't know why the {{tl|Inuse}} template could not be used for all circumstances outlined in the current article ie. less than 24 hours and 24-72 hours. The {{tl|Stub}} flag is essentially used to mark an article as ''Under Construction'', that more is required before it is finished. --[[User:CottrellS|Steve]] 21:12, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
