The collection consists of an index and images of a Register of Confederate soldiers,sailors and citizens who died in federal prisons and military hospitals in the North,1861-1865. This collection corresponds to NARA publication, M918, one roll from Record Group 92 Records of the Office of the Quartermaster General.
