Farms in Stamhuset Rosendal were divided into three court districts.
- Etne, Skånevik, Fjellberg, Opdal, Stranvik and Os district and the farms in these clerical districts.
- Kvinnherad district with farms in Kvinnherad clerical district and the farm, Fjellandsbø in Skånevik.
- Strandebarm, Øystesø, Granvin of Kinsarvik district with the farms in these clerical district.
