Remember, not all of this information will always be there, most often there is just the basic information.
Make sure that when you find information on a christening that you don't enter that in your own records under 'birth date or death date'. The churches strictly kept records of the ordinances they performed, which are christenings, marriages and burial, so make sure that you enter that information in the correct field in your own records.
Only once in a while will the minister or priest also enter a birth date or death date.
