This collection include National Archives film indexes to compiled military service records of volunteer soldiers who served during the Indian Wars and Disturbances, 1815-1858 including individual states indexes for Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, New York, North Carolina and Tennessee for the Cherokee Removal, Creek War, Florida War, Patriot War and the War of 1837-1838.
