The counties of Tønder, Haderslev, Åbenrå, and Sønderborg are all in the northern part of the Duchy of Schleswig. They were not officially part of the kingdom of [[Denmark]] until after Germany and Denmark determined a boundary in 1920. The Danish Military Levying Roll system does '''not''' apply to the Duchy of Schleswig.
