Instructions[edit source]

When family history center pages are added to the Wiki, this flag should be included on the page.

  • Add the FHCpage template to a page by typing {{FHCpage}}
  • When pages have little or no substantial content, specific to the FHC, also add the template {{FHC-stub}}
  • Pages are automatically added to Category:Family History Centers, this can be amended by using the location parameter, for example {{FHCpage{{{3}}}{{{4}}}{{{5}}}{{{6}}}{{{7}}}{{{8}}}{{{9}}}{{{10}}}{{{11}}}...}} will add the page to Category:Washington Family History Centers
  • If you are using the template only for documentation purposes, you can suppress the category by adding a blank category parameter, e.g., {{FHCpage{{{3}}}{{{4}}}{{{5}}}{{{6}}}{{{7}}}{{{8}}}{{{9}}}{{{10}}}{{{11}}}...}}.
