    Also called 1st or 10th Battalion]
    Organized during the late summer of 1862.
    Surrendered at Bowling Green, Kentucky, in April, 1865.
    The field officers were Lieutenant Colonel E.F. Clay, and Majors P.M. Everett and J.B. Holladay.
