Documenting births and deaths started slowly after 1970. Vital Registration started in May 2004.[1]

  • Place

  • Name of newborn

For both parents the following is given:

  • Civil number
  • Tribe
  • Nationality
  • Religion
  • Address
  • Occupation[2]
  • Age[3]

  • Place of death
  • Date of death both Georgian and Hijri (in number and alphabetical)
  • Deceased:
- Name
- Tribe
- Sex
- Nationality
- Religion
- Address
- Occupation
- Age
- Place of birth
- Date of birth
- Civil number
- Place of registration, if known
  • Name and tribe of father and mother, if known
  • Informant: name, address and relation to deceased[4]
