Description of the Library System[edit | edit source][1]The A.B.B.E. Regional Library System (The Aiken-Bamberg-Barnwell-Edgefield Regional Library System) is headquaterred in Aiken in the basement of the Aiken County Library. There are 14 branches and a bookmobile associated with the system. They consist of both large and small libraries. Each library has its own hours and directors.
