Some civil status records for Morocco and Tunisia are kept in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nantes. You can request a copy through their website. There is an alphabetical directory of these documents. You can use the directory to find the microfilm number and registration number of the document you need. These documents span the years 1914-1927.
