FamilySearch has designated scanning and digitizing opportunities at our Center in order to preserve personal family histories. While using the scanning equipment, we ask that only family-owned documents, photos, videos, and movies be scanned, digitized or converted. Please do not scan, digitize or copy any material with commercial content or copyrighted material. Please review the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ policies on copyright. | |||

Equipment is provided to capture, in real-time, the video from full-size VHS, Compact VHS (VHS-C), 8mm Video Cassette tapes, High 8, and MiniDV. The captured video files will be in .mp4 formats and will be transferred to the patron's personal USB drive to take home.
