Writing for Civil Registration and Church Records

If you need civil registration records, you will usually need to write for them, because they are recent enough to fall within privacy restrictions. You might also need church records which are not yet online because of privacy. Records too private to be posted online yet are still available to close family members for genealogical purposes.
