:It is located in a house-room built in 1904 by the architect and engineer Federico Wulff, who along with his family lived there for many years. Due to its strategic location, which offers a panoramic view of the entire city, it was used as a trench by General Francisco Villa during the taking of Torreón. In the 1950s the building was used as a military barracks and later it housed a small neighborhood.
