Known Issues[edit | edit source]
NOTE: For a way to determine what digital records are likely to be found within a collection or how to find missing images elsewhere, see Article 56000, Using Film Notes in the Catalog to determine the content of a final browse point in Historical Records.
Question #1: The Event Type and Year Range (browse point) title does not properly reflect the actual digital record content. Is there a way to determine what digital records are likely to be found within a collection?
Answer #1: The following list of known browse point discrepancies describes the event type or year range that actually exist in this collection:
• Obituaries > 1998 (vol A-L) should be renamed to Obituaries > 1987 (vol A-L).
• Obituaries > 1998 (vol M-Z) should be renamed to Obituaries > 1987 (vol M-Z).
• Obituaries > 1999 (vol A-F) should be renamed to Obituaries > 1988 (vol A-F).
• Obituaries > 1896-1897 (vol G-P) should be renamed to Obituaries > 1988 (vol G-P).
• Obituaries > 1970 (vol Q-W) should be renamed to Obituaries > 1988 (vol Q-W).
• Obituaries > 1971 (vol A-D) should be renamed to Obituaries > 1997 (vol A-D).
• Obituaries > 1972 (vol E-N) should be renamed to Obituaries > 1997 (vol E-N).
• Obituaries > 1973 (vol O-Z) should be renamed to Obituaries > 1997 (vol O-Z).
