The acronym DIS stands for Datorhjälp I Släktforskning meaning, data assistance for genealogical research. DIS publishes a periodical called "Diskulogen med Släktforskarnytt" meaning Diskulogen with Genealogy News. Within DIS there are eight regional organizations.
