 In 1816 Eleazor WIlliams, an Episcopalian missionary began serving&nbsp;the Oneida Indians. In 1823 the first group of&nbsp;Oneida were removed from New York to Wisconsin.&nbsp; The&nbsp;removal continued&nbsp;for twenty years.
