::2) Usually the best way to do a simple edit is to put just the section you are working on in edit mode. To do this, you will want to click on the , which is found in the upper right hand corner of each new section. When you hover over the link, you will see the word “edit” appear. When you click on the link, it will put that section in edit mode.  

:::a) Let’s say you see this typing error on a page:  

:::b) Notice that the word Census has been misspelled or typed incorrectly. You can easily make the correction.  

:::c) Click on the icon in the upper right hand corner:  

:::d) That will put this section into edit mode.  

:::e) Correct the spelling  

:::f) Then go to the bottom of the page to where you see “summary”  

:::g) Type in that you corrected a spelling error.  

:::h) Click that this was a minor  

:::i) Click to save the page.  

::3) If you make a mistake and want to put things back the way they were, click on the History tab at the top of the page.  

:::4) The most recent edit will be at the top.  

:::5) On the left hand side, you will see  

:::6) Cur = current, prev = previous  

:::7) If you click on prev it will show you what change was made.  

:::8) You will see two options here, rollback and undo. Undo will just remove the last edit you made. Rollback will remove all of your edits and revert back to the way it was before you started editing.
