Barbara Baker and I are working to move the county page content over to the new naming structure. The old pages were portal pages, and we are no longer using portals. I have rearranged the England Census page so it is more readable. I see others have signed up to work on the census page as well, but it appears there is no way to contact them unless they create a page that they can be contacted on.
