Adding more detail[edit source]

I have made some changes, to what had been written, I didn't seek to change what was being said, just to phrase it in a different way. Further improvement could be made to this article by explaining if committee members are appointed or can anyone volunteer? --Steve (talk | contribs) 11:32, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
