Brief History
The 13th Regiment, West Virginia Infantry organized at Point Pleasant, Mason County, Virginia and Barboursville, Cabell County, West Virginia October, 1862. It was at Winchester and Staunton until June 1865 and mustered out June 22, 1865.[1]
