Brief History
The book "Compendium of the War of the Rebellion" by Frederick H. Dyer contains no history for this unit." [1] This company was mustered in at Philadelphia 9 August 1862 and mustered out at Harper's Ferry 20 June 1865. It was also known as Wrigley's Independent Engineers and Company C.[2]
