This article describes the services and resources available at a FamilySearch Center, a branch facility of the FamilySearch Library.

The Manitowoc Wisconsin FamilySearch Center is open to the public, and offers access to free online resources, microfilms, and hard-copy genealogical materials.

Our staff can provide you with one-on-one assistance to guide you through the use of our resources.

Tuesday: 12:00 - 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:45 to 8:30 PM

For appointments, please contact the staff during our open hours at 254-338-5957.

We occasionally close unexpectedly because of inclement weather.

Closed all major holidays

Holiday Schedule: We are closed Thanksgiving Week,
Christmas Week and New Years Week and other major holidays.
We are also closed when the Manitowoc Area School District is closed due to inclement weather.

Using the FamilySearch Research Wiki: A comprehensive video presentation explaining the Wiki, navigating it, and some especially useful pages. Case studies demonstrate using the Wiki for genealogical research. Editing and adding articles to the Wiki are covered.
