Company B - Captain John Tyler, Captain Hesse E. Hardin - St. Louis, St. Louis, Missouri

Company C - Captain Joseph Davis - Rolla, Phelps, Missouri

Company D - 1st Lieutenant Alpheus C. Williams, 1st Lieutenant Charles T. Horme, 1st Lieutenant Wallace McDonald - Salem, Dent, Missouri

Company E - Captain Robert M. Askin, Captain Nathaniel G. Clark, Captain R.M. Swander - Steelville, Crawford, Missouri

Company F - Captain Charles C. Bland, Captain William T. House, Captain Andrew B. Treece - Rolla, Phelps, Missouri

Company G - Captain William P. Hobson, Captain James Marquess, Captain Frederick M. Shelton - Rolla, Phelps, Missouri

Company H - Captain Theophilis P. Bailey, Captain Jonas J. Clark, Captain Charles E. Kinsey, Captain Prosper P. Parker - Waynesville, Pulaski, Missouri

Company I - Captain Samuel M. Hartley, Captain Asa A. Lawrence, Captain Thomas H. Rumble - Linn, Osage, Missouri

Company K - Captain Joseph L. Font, Captain Charles H. Warner - Warrenton, Warren, Missouri

The information about the companies and counties is from Kenneth E. Weant's book, Civil War Records, Missouri Volunteer Infantry, Volume 5, Three and One Year Volunteer Regiments 31-33, 35, 38-40 (Arlington, Texas: K.E. Weant, c2011), pages 33-52. FS Library 977.8 M2wkv v. 5
