	Ancoats~~, a suburb of Manchester Borough, was built as a chapel of ease or chapelry in the year 1839. Called,~~ All Souls~~' district church~~, ~~it was built in the early Norman style, with two turrets, and was erected in Everystreet, Ancoats, by private subscription rather than as a commissioned church.~~
