Brief History[edit | edit source]
The 24th Regiment, Wisconsin Infantry was organized at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and it was mustered in August 15, 1862. It moved to Nashville, Tennessee, and had duty there until June. It was mustered out June 10, 1865.[1]
