The A.B.B.E. Regional Library System (The Aiken-Bamberg-Barnwell-Edgefield Regional Library System) is head-quatered in Aiken in the basement of the Aiken County Library. There are 14 branches and a bookmobile associated with the system, consisting of both large and small libraries. Each library has its own hours and directors. The ABBE Regional office acts as a central ordering facility for all branches. Branches in the ABBE Regional Library System include:
