Adding 1860 Iceland Census Link

Purpose

Add the 1860 Census link to all parishes in Iceland

Video Instructions

This project is much like the other new collections projects. If you have a question, send a yammer message to Danielle.

Task List

Task List

Step One - Sign Up

Go to the task list and sign your name for a parish in Iceland on the list: task list

Step Two - Click the Link

Using the links on the task list, click the parish you want to work on.

Step Three - Click Civil Census Records: Manntöl in the Contents

In the contents, select Civil Census Records: Manntöl. Or scroll down to the Civil Census Records: Manntöl header.

Step Four - Click Edit Source next to Civil Census Records: Manntöl

Click Edit Source next to Civil Census Records: Manntöl.

Step Five - Copy the Database

Scroll down to the section, Digitized Records.

Copy the following code and paste the link you just copied in chronological order by date with the other databases listed.

Step Six - Check the Database and Save the Page

Click Show Preview to make sure it looks good and the link works.

Enter in the Summary and click Save changes:
