Personalized Family History Help

Do you want to know how to get started on your family history journey?

Do you have questions about FamilySearch or about your account?

Do you want to learn some new family history research skills?

Do you need help with a genealogical challenge or "brick wall"?

Our missionaries love to help people with their family history! They can teach you how to use the FamilySearch program and how to do research, attach sources, upload memories, and work on your family lines in many other ways.

Our staff has years of experience in family history research and are always learning new skills and techniques. Many of our missionaries have specific training and experience researching in particular countries and areas.

We have Spanish-speaking missionaries here on most shifts, as well as American Sign Language missionaries available on Mondays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
With the 30+ computer stations available in our research area, you can make use of premium genealogical and historical websites to aid in your personal research.
You can connect your personal laptop or tablet to the Internet here via high-speed WiFi.
This one-on-one family history assistance is available whenever our center is open, and is provided free of charge to everyone.
