:I have tried to find the policy refered to and found Subjects outside the wiki’s scope which talks about FamilySearch products being out of scope. Could you clarify, with regards to FHC's, what is and what is not within the scope of this wiki? or direct me to the policy referred too. Thanks --Steve 18:41, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

I have added a paragraph to the above referenced document to clarify and adds specifics.  Please let me know if this suffices or if I need to add more detail. Jimgreene 02:24, 2 September 2009 (UTC)

:Thanks Jim, that paragraph is clear. There should not be articles named for specific FHC's and any current article that exists should have appropriate content about specific local resources merged with the article about that locality. --Steve 07:17, 2 September 2009 (UTC)

Having said all of this now I want to offer a suggestion.  We need to help the centers figure out how best to participate, and reassure them that we won't delete their pages without giving them an opportunity to work things out. We are looking at other applications or spaces to have a web page for centers, and though this may take a while we don't want to be heavy-handed until they have a clear direction and alternative.
