Springfield Missouri South FamilySearch Center

The FamilySearch Center serves the south Springfield, Nixa, Republic, Ozark and rural areas around south Springfield, Missouri. Although there are scheduled hours for operation, a temple and family history consultant will be happy to meet with patrons at times convenient for them.

Inclement Weather

When Springfield Public Schools closes due to weather conditions, the FamilySearch Center will be closed. Additional closures due to inclement weather are decided on a case by case basis. Efforts will be made to post those closures on the Wiki page.

Effective Tuesday February 14, 2023 the center is open each Tuesday of the month from 10:00am to 12:00noon. In addition appointments can be made for other days and times.
