First-time users should run the [http://meetingplace.ldschurch.org/test/ MeetingPlace Test] to verify they can participate in a web meeting. Since November we have had problems calling into Adobe Acrobat for the audio portion of the meeting. I hope that by using MeetingPace, the audio portion of the meeting will be easier to join, and the recording of the meeting will also be improved.

The community meeting started off as a user group meeting with a lot of the discussions centered around the early development of the wiki. Currently the meeting is centered around some of the technical aspects of the wiki, development of the content and procedures. In the meeting held on [[Community Meeting Agenda 8 September 2009#Meeting_notes|08 Sep 2009]], it was decided that the individual that adds an agenda item should take the meeting notes since they have vested interest in the subject. If that individual is not able to attend or otherwise not able to take the notes, someone else should take that responsibility. The meeting minutes are very important to those not able to attend the meeting as well as to maintain a written records of discussions and decisions.

This is a conference call meeting every Thursday from 1:00-2:00 PM (mountain time). Community members are welcome to suggest topics for the meeting by adding the suggestions to the weekly agenda discussion pages.

Historical Perspective
