Visiting this museum is transporting yourself to other times. Its great beauty and wonderful architecture are a clear example of the French influence in Mexico. The house has four plans: basement, ground floor, upper floor and roof terrace. The most beautiful element of the roof plan is the tower with columns and an elongated dome that ends in an ornamental spire. The main facade has an extensive garden and a quarry fountain. Among its exhibits we find one of the most important collections of art nouveau style furniture, pieces that the Requena family of Mexico City loaned to the museum, considering it an unbeatable showcase. Also, on the upper floor you can admire a room dedicated to the Paquimé culture, the most important archaeological zone in northern Mexico.

Its name comes from the Rrámuri language and means seed. It opened its doors to the public on October 12, 1982, with the aim of spreading the history of the city of Chihuahua, with an emphasis on the ethnic group of the conchos and on various aspects of the life of the revolutionary general Francisco Villa. It displays old objects, models, documents, photographs and information cards. It has four permanent rooms and one for temporary exhibitions related to historical events in the region.
