What are the best places to search for compiled genealogy collections?[edit | edit source]

1. Go to FamilySearch.org

  • Type in the name you are looking for, Click on Search.
  • The results will show what records the person can be found in.
  • If your person is found in Ancestral File or Pedigree Resource File, it means someone has researched and submitted a pedigree with this person in the file.
