- The {{HR Known Issues-page}} template has been created as a way of notifying users of the purpose of the "Known Issues" pages and to encourage users not to add comments to the page but to the discussion page instead.

- Add the HR Known Issues-page template to a "Known Issues" page by typing {{HR Known Issues-page}} at the top of the page.
Additional Information[edit source]
- Pages that include this template will be automatically included in the Category:FamilySearch Historical Records Known Issues.
